1. 4. PREUS I PAGAMENTS<\/strong> Els preus inclouen IVA. La taxa tur\u00edstica est\u00e0 inclosa. Es requerir\u00e0 un pagament anticipat per confirmar la reserva.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. POL\u00cdTICA DE CANCEL\u00b7LACI\u00d3<\/span> Cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 gratu\u00efta fins a 31 dies abans de l’arribada. En cas de cancel\u00b7laci\u00f3 fora d’aquest termini o no presentaci\u00f3, es cobrar\u00e0 el 100% de l’estada.<\/span>

6. POL\u00cdTIQUES DE L’ALLOTJAMENT

6.1 Hora d’entrada i eixida<\/span>
– Check-in: a partir de les 13.30. – Check-out: fins a les 11.00. Cal que comuniqueu l’hora d’arribada aproximada. L\u00b4establiment sol\u00b7licitar\u00e0 documentaci\u00f3 d\u00b4identitat segons la normativa vigent. <\/p>\n

6.2 Nens<\/strong> – De 0 a 2 anys: gratu\u00eft. – A partir de 2 anys es considera adult: tarifa est\u00e0ndard.<\/p>\n

6.3 Mascotes<\/strong> S’admeten a petici\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i confirmaci\u00f3 per part de l’establiment.<\/p>\n

6.4 Neteja<\/strong> L’establiment podr\u00e0 fer tasques de neteja de l’apartament en horari de 10:00 a 14:00, picant pr\u00e8viament al timbre de l’apartament.<\/p>\n

6.5 Aparcament<\/strong> L\u00b4apartament loft disposa d\u00b4una pla\u00e7a d\u00b4aparcament privada.<\/p>\n

7. NORMES D’\u00daS<\/strong><\/span><\/span> –<\/span> Els clients es comprometen a fer un \u00fas adequat de les instal\u00b7lacions.<\/span> – Respectar el descans dels altres hostes.<\/span> – No superar la capacitat m\u00e0xima.<\/span> – No fer festes.<\/p>\n

7.1 Soroll<\/strong> Cal respectar el silenci especialment entre les 00.00 i les 08.00. En cas d’incompliment greu, l’establiment es reserva el dret de finalitzar l’estada sense reemborsament. <\/p>\n

7.2 Prohibit fumar<\/strong> No es permet fumar a l\u00b4interior de l\u00b4allotjament. Queda prohibit encendre espelmes, petards o qualsevol element amb flama per motius de seguretat. <\/p>\n

7.3 \u00das responsable<\/strong> En sortir de l’apartament, es recomana comprovar que les aixetes, els llums i els aparells d’aire condicionat estiguin apagats.<\/p>\n

8. VIDEOVIGIL\u00c0NCIA<\/strong> L’establiment disposa de c\u00e0meres de seguretat a les zones comunes (acc\u00e9s i aparcament) amb finalitat de seguretat, d’acord amb la normativa de protecci\u00f3 de dades vigent.<\/p>\n

9. DANYS I RESPONSABILITAT<\/strong> El client \u00e9s responsable dels danys causats durant la vostra estada. Lestabliment podr\u00e0 reclamar els costos de reparaci\u00f3 corresponents.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. RESPONSABILITAT<\/strong> La Torreta del Llac no es fa responsable de: – P\u00e8rdues o robatoris dobjectes personals. \u2013 Interrupcions del servei per causes de for\u00e7a major.<\/p>\n

11.
