2. OBJECT<\/strong> This document regulates the access, navigation and use of the website, as well as the contracting of hosting services.<\/span><\/p>\n

Use of the website implies full acceptance of these conditions.<\/p>\n

3. BOOKING CONDITIONS
<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1 Booking process<\/span><\/span>Reservations can be made through the official website, external platforms or direct contact.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation will be considered confirmed once: – Payment (total or partial) has been completed.– Confirmation has been sent by e-mail.<\/p>\n

3.2 Minimum age<\/strong> The reservation holder must be at least 18 years of age.<\/p>\n

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS<\/strong> Prices include VAT.Tourist tax is included. A prepayment will be required to confirm the reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/span>Free cancellation up to 31 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation outside this period or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.<\/span>

6. HOUSING POLICIES
<\/strong>
6.1 Check-in and check-out time<\/span>
– Check-in: from 13:30.– Check-out: until 11:00.You are requested to communicate the approximate time of arrival. The establishment will request identity documents in accordance with current regulations. <\/p>\n

6.2 Children<\/strong> – From 0 to 2 years old: free of charge.– From 2 years old and up: standard rate.<\/p>\n

6.3 Pets<\/strong> Pets are allowed upon request and confirmation by the property.<\/p>\n

6.4 Cleaning<\/strong> The establishment may clean the apartment from 10:00 to 14:00, by ringing the apartment bell beforehand.<\/p>\n

6.5 Parking<\/strong> The loft apartment has a private parking space.<\/p>\n

7. RULES OF USE<\/strong><\/span><\/span>– Guests agree to make proper use of the facilities.<\/span> – Respect the rest of other guests.<\/span> – Do not exceed the maximum capacity.<\/span>– Do not hold parties.<\/p>\n

7.1 Noise<\/strong>Silence must be observed, especially between 00:00 and 08:00. In case of serious non-compliance, the establishment reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund. <\/p>\n

7.2 No smoking<\/strong> Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It is forbidden to light candles, firecrackers or any flaming element for safety reasons. <\/p>\n

7.3 Responsible use<\/strong> When leaving the apartment, it is recommended to check that the faucets, lights and air conditioners are turned off.<\/p>\n

8. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE<\/strong>The establishment has security cameras in common areas (access and parking) for security purposes, in accordance with current data protection regulations.<\/p>\n

9. DAMAGES AND LIABILITY<\/strong>The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. The establishment may claim the corresponding repair costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. LIABILITY<\/strong>La Torreta del Llac is not responsible for: – Loss or theft of personal belongings.– Interruptions of the service due to force majeure.<\/p>\n

11. DATA PROTECTION <\/strong>(RGPD)<\/b><\/span> –Responsible: La Torreta del Llac SL.<\/span> – Purpose: management of reservations and customer service.<\/span>– Legal basis: execution of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.– Conservation: for the time necessary according to applicable regulations.– Rights: access, rectification, deletion and other rights through info@latorretadelllac.com.<\/p>\n
