Is parking available?

The apartment Loft de la Cerdanya has private parking. For the other apartments, there is a free parking just 2 minutes away or the blue zone at the back of the Torreta. You can also park in the Saba parking lot, located 300 m away, which offers special rates for our guests with prior reservation.

What are the check-in/check-out hours?

Check-in can be from 15:00 h, and check-out can be until 11:00 h. If you need another schedule, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to adapt.

Can I bring my pet?

In some cases yes, depending on the size and breed of the pet. Please contact us before booking.

Can I leave later than the check-out time?

If there is no later entrance, we can offer you the possibility to leave later at a small additional cost. Please contact us for more details.

Where can we have breakfast?

The center of Puigcerdà is only a 3-minute walk away. There you will find a great variety of places to have breakfast. We recommend the following: Nordest Cafè, Cafeteria Aroma, El Cloquer, Xocolates Pirineus, Granja Cafeteria La Llaminera, Pans & Coques

Where can we buy food?

On foot: Ametller Origenas ( 4min), Veritas (4min), Bon Àrea (3min), Bonpreu (4min) and Carpabro (5min).

By car: Carrefour Puigcerdà (5min) and Carrefour Ur (France) (9min).

Do you have a baby crib, high chair or bathtub?

Yes, cribs and high chairs are available. You must select them at the time of booking or let us know in advance to make sure we have them in the apartment.
