2. OBJECT
This document regulates the access, navigation and use of the website, as well as the contracting of hosting services.

Use of the website implies full acceptance of these conditions.

3. BOOKING CONDITIONS

3.1 Booking process
Reservations can be made through the official website, external platforms or direct contact.

The reservation will be considered confirmed once:
– Payment (total or partial) has been completed.
– Confirmation has been sent by e-mail.

3.2 Minimum age
The reservation holder must be at least 18 years of age.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices include VAT.
Tourist tax is included.
A prepayment will be required to confirm the reservation.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 31 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation outside this period or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.

6. HOUSING POLICIES

6.1 Check-in and check-out time
– Check-in: from 13:30.
– Check-out: until 11:00.
You are requested to communicate the approximate time of arrival. The establishment will request identity documents in accordance with current regulations.

6.2 Children
– From 0 to 2 years old: free of charge.
– From 2 years old and up: standard rate.

6.3 Pets
Pets are allowed upon request and confirmation by the property.

6.4 Cleaning
The establishment may clean the apartment from 10:00 to 14:00, by ringing the apartment bell beforehand.

6.5 Parking
The loft apartment has a private parking space.

7. RULES OF USE
– Guests agree to make proper use of the facilities.
– Respect the rest of other guests.
– Do not exceed the maximum capacity.
– Do not hold parties.

7.1 Noise
Silence must be observed, especially between 00:00 and 08:00. In case of serious non-compliance, the establishment reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

7.2 No smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It is forbidden to light candles, firecrackers or any flaming element for safety reasons.

7.3 Responsible use
When leaving the apartment, it is recommended to check that the faucets, lights and air conditioners are turned off.

8. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
The establishment has security cameras in common areas (access and parking) for security purposes, in accordance with current data protection regulations.

9. DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the stay. The establishment may claim the corresponding repair costs.

10. LIABILITY
La Torreta del Llac is not responsible for:
– Loss or theft of personal belongings.
– Interruptions of the service due to force majeure.

11. DATA PROTECTION (RGPD)
